RETURN POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this 14-day window. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached;

• In its original packaging; and

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thecourtvault.com before sending any items back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is free of charge.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 5% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing and inspecting returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@thecourtvault.com so we can assess the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect items are not subject to the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items from the Final Sale collection — all Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

• Gift cards.

• Custom or personalized items.

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the process above) and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. This right aligns with our standard 14-day return window. To exercise this right, please contact us at shop@thecourtvault.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The same eligibility conditions apply: item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. The 5% restocking fee does not apply to returns made under the EU statutory cooling off right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price less the 5% restocking fee, and less any original shipping charges if applicable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@thecourtvault.com.
